The Magnolia Road Internet Cooperative (MRIC) is a group
of local residents bringing high speed Internet access to
areas west of Boulder, Colorado including Sugarloaf, Magnolia, Coal Creek Canyon, Nederland's Ridge Road, and Boulder's Lakeshore neighborhoods.
Sign up for for high speed internet service by sending an email with all of your contact information and street address to newmember@mric.coop. MRIC is a mostly volunteer cooperative, that began as a couple of people who wanted to
try and provide high speed Internet Service to the mountain
community. We have grown to almost 500 members and in some locations are currently looking at a 2 to 3 month time frame before we can begin assessing the location to see if service is available there.
New subscribers need to submit a completed member agreement to:
Magnolia Road Internet Cooperative,
Box 1671, Nederland, CO 80466.
The fastest way to request and receive support if you
have a connection problem or have a question is to send us an email. This creates a
service ticket on our new Service Ticket System.
Please visit the Support
site for more information on our Service Ticket System.
If you do not have access to the internet because of an outage, please call us at (720) 210-1969.
Support Requests will be answered within 24-hours (although most requests are responded to within an hour or two). We have live support available between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m, 7 days a week (except for some holidays).
